Epsilon is seeking a dynamic Director, Loyalty Consulting who is a change agent, with a background and expertise in leading data-driven enterprise loyalty strategy work with US-based large clients across omni-channel loyalty assessments, strategy, and operational planning for implementation.


Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide strategy and leadership to the loyalty consulting team:Grow Epsilon's India Audience, CRM, and Loyalty strategy practice. Hire staff, train on discipline, and work with Epsilon's US based consultants on global leverage working model for executing on sold projectsLead or co-lead parts or entire projects around enterprise data-driven audience, marketing, and/or loyalty assessments, design, and operationalization for one or more Epsilon clients that result in success for the client and follow-on expansion services for EpsilonMust bring demonstrated experience working in modern AI and real-time data environmentsIdentify, populate, and leverage strategic frameworks and develop real-time contact strategies hands-on through the use of segmentation, targeting, channels, offers, messaging, testing, reporting, and analysis with a focus on digital channelsPitch and win loyalty service work to prospective clients with a focus on solutioning, not sellingCollaborate with Epsilon's Consulting teams to mature our loyalty and related marketing practice including offerings and intellectual capital, helping to further our position as a leader in loyaltyDetermine appropriate representation for international industry and client conferences and manage team participation

QualificationsA minimum of 15+ years of professional experienceTeam leadership and experience acting as a change agent to grow a practiceStrong consulting and solution selling skillsUnderstand the financial aspects of measuring and managing customer marketing investments and make recommendations to achieve clients' financially driven goalsStrong grasp of digital marketing trends and key consulting frameworks and conceptsFamiliarity with marketing automation tools and be comfortable navigating system architecture diagramsStrong awareness of how systems and data integrate with contact plans, and capable of determining systems and data requirements for a given marketing strategyStructured thinking and the ability to facilitate working sessions and brainstorming exercises among clients and peers across all levels of an organizationStrong understanding of zero, first, second, and third-party data usage and appropriate recommendationsExpert-level software knowledge including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordBachelor's degree required and an MBA or master's degree equivalent is preferred
