Epsilon is seeking a dynamic Director, Loyalty Consulting who is a change agent, with a background and expertise in leading data-driven enterprise loyalty strategy work with US-based large clients across omni-channel loyalty assessments, strategy, and operational planning for implementation.


Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide strategy and leadership to the loyalty consulting team:Grow Epsilon's India Audience, CRM, and Loyalty strategy practice. Hire staff, train on discipline, and work with Epsilon's US based consultants on global leverage working model for executing on sold projectsLead or co-lead parts or entire projects around enterprise data-driven audience, marketing, and/or loyalty assessments, design, and operationalization for one or more Epsilon clients that result in success for the client and follow-on expansion services for EpsilonMust bring demonstrated experience working in modern AI and real-time data environmentsIdentify, populate, and leverage strategic frameworks and develop real-time contact strategies hands-on through the use of segmentation, targeting, channels, offers, messaging, testing, reporting, and analysis with a focus on digital channelsPitch and win loyalty service work to prospective clients with a focus on solutioning, not sellingCollaborate with Epsilon's Consulting teams to mature our loyalty and related marketing practice including offerings and intellectual capital, helping to further our position as a leader in loyaltyDetermine appropriate representation for international industry and client conferences and manage team participation
