Position Overview: The Assistant City Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the City Manager in driving the success of Workie Private Limited locations within the city. This role will have a primary focus on sales (70%) with responsibilities including growing membership, managing sales teams, and driving revenue. The secondary focus will be on operations (30%), ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations, maintaining high standards of service, and supporting community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales (70%):

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the City Manager to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through networking, local events, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.

Sales Management: Oversee the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing members, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Contract Negotiations: Lead negotiations with prospective members to finalize membership agreements.

Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, analyzing performance and suggesting improvements.

Operations (30%):

Operational Efficiency: Ensure operational efficiency and excellence across all Workie Private Limited locations in the city.

Community Management: Support community managers in creating a vibrant and engaging community through events and member interactions.

Facility Management: Oversee facility management to ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment for all members.

Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets, optimizing costs, and ensuring financial health of the locations.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local regulations and Workie Private Limited policies.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations management, or a related field.
  • 3- 4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the coworking or real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
