Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and Welcoming:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the office.
- Create a positive first impression by providing excellent customer service.
Visitor Management:
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Communication Handling:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Ensure accurate and efficient message delivery to relevant personnel.
Mail and Inventory Management:
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Keep track of inventory, ensuring that office supplies are wellstocked.
Office Security:
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures.
- Control access via the reception desk, monitor the logbook, and issue visitor badges as needed.
Calendar Management:
- Update calendars and schedule meetings for the team.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure efficient use of meeting spaces.
Record Keeping:
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Assist in maintaining organized and accurate documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a administrative assistant, or
graduate can also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Pay:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
