We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to join our
dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in
supporting various marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our
products/services and enhancing brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be
creative, detail-oriented, and possess a strong passion for marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to meet
organizational objectives.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to create engaging content for various
marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and print
materials.

  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour and trends to identify
new opportunities for growth.

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events,
ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports
and insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

  • Assist in the management of social media accounts, including content creation,
scheduling, and community engagement.

  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, such as
brochures, presentations, and sales materials.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing,
recommending new strategies and tactics to enhance our marketing efforts.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing team and
organizational goals.
Website Management

  • Conceptualize and create visually stunning website designs that align with brand
guidelines and project specifications.

  • Develop responsive web designs that are optimized for various devices and
screen s.

  • Incorporate user experience (UX) best practices into design solutions to enhance
usability and accessibility.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in web design
and user interface (UI) design.

  • Maintain and update existing websites, making design enhancements and
improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create
compelling content.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media
management tools, email marketing software, and analytics tools.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of basic design principles and experience with graphic design
software is a plus.

  • Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to create
responsive designs using frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation

  • Knowledge of web design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
techniques.
