Per la posizione di Internship in Front Office Department (stage nel reparto Front Office) siamo alla ricerca di candidati talentuosi e appassionati al mondo Hospitality da inserire alla partenza della stagione estiva 2024.
La/lo stagista sarà inserita/o in affiancamento allo staff del Front Office.
A fronte dello stage è previsto il riconoscimento di un rimborso spese
SEDE DI LAVORO
La posizione è aperta per la nostra struttura Serena Majestic Hotel Residence a Montesilvano (PE) in Abruzzo.
OBBIETTIVI DEL TIROCINIO/STAGE
In supporto al Front Office Department, la/lo stagista avrà la possibilità di acquisire esperienza e professionalità nel settore, curando le seguenti attività:

• Supportare la gestione delle attività di accoglienza e assistenza degli ospiti, dall'arrivo alla partenza, rispondendo alle necessità e alle richieste in modo proattivo e coordinandosi con gli altri reparti per soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti in maniera efficiente ed efficace

• Collaborare nelle attività di check-in e check-out

• Registrare i dati degli ospiti sul gestionale alberghiero

• Informare gli ospiti sulle condizioni di soggiorno, la struttura e i servizi offerti

• Supportare nell'assegnazione delle camere, del recapito bagaglio e delle prenotazioni

• Rispondere alle chiamate esterne e interne e alle e-mail

• Supportare la gestione del complaint e curare le relazioni con gli ospiti
Requisiti
  • Precedente, anche se breve, esperienza (in hotel, villaggi e resort)
  • Diploma o Laurea preferibilmente nel settore turistico
  • Buona conoscenza pacchetto Office
  • Ottimo standing e spiccate doti relazionali e comunicative
  • Empatia e orientamento all'ospite
  • Capacità di problem solving, unita ad un atteggiamento positivo e costruttivo
  • Predisposizione all'apprendimento, curiosità ed entusiasmo
  • Capacità di lavorare in team
  • Affidabilità, responsabilità e proattività nel portare a termine le attività assegnate
  • Costante volontà di crescere e misurarsi in un contesto altamente professionale che ambisce a raggiungere i più alti standard di servizio
  • Disponibilità al trasferimento per la stagione estiva
  • La conoscenza della lingua inglese o di altra lingua oltre l'italiano costituisce titolo preferenziale
