Job Description

  • Understanding the Workdays Implementation Methodology and applying it to project implementations
  • Analyzing Workday changes for L-NGA related tasks
  • Resolving issues and implementing complex business rules for integration
  • Interpreting complex contracts, financial terms, and schedules
  • Budgeting and forecasting revenue & costs using metrics and historical reviews
  • Reviewing P&L, conducting variance analysis, and partnering with business stakeholders
  • Leading monthly financial reviews and tracking financial risks & opportunities
  • Supervising financial tools setup and updating pricing models
  • Processing journal entries and providing ad-hoc financial support
  • Managing people, portfolios, and assigned team responsibilities
  • Handling Audit queries and fostering a positive team environment
  • Requirements: Minimum Graduate in Commerce (preferred) or equivalent, 7-8 years experience
