AtWebMobTech As a Business Analyst cum Project Coordinator isresponsible to manage project implementation end to end throughoutthe project life cycle including but not limited to requirementsgathering design & development testing deployment and postimplementation and subsequently into the system maintenanceactivities. The candidate is expected to work hand in hand withproject team members and users so as to support operationcontinuity and businessgrowth.The projects anddomains to handle can be like this In addition thecandidate is to contribute towards all nonproject initiatives suchas IT Process Improvement and other QArelated activities. Workclosely with users and team leaders within IT to define businessneeds and objectives of new application system development orenhancement toexisting.Responsibilities:
  • Review and advise inplanning directing controlling safe guarding risk evaluationbudgeting feasibility study development maintenance andimplementation of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)activities
  • Act as a BusinessAnalyst lead role to assign work and guide the team of Businessanalysts in completing project tasks during each SDLCphase.
  • Prepare RFP assessvendor proposals and recommend solution which is best met businessneeds andobjectives
  • Direct and manageproject development from beginning toend.
  • Defineproject scope and deliverables that support business goals incollaboration with executivemanagement.
  • Develop projectplans andschedule.
  • Effectivelycommunicate project expectations to team members in a timely andclear fashion.
  • Communicate withcustomers on an ongoingbasis.
  • Set and continuallymanage project expectations with team members andcustomers.
  • Draft and submitbudget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes wherenecessary.
Requirements&Skills:
  • Must haveproficiency in web and mobile developmentprojects.
  • Must have knowledgeof technical coding standards and logic to solve any queries ofdevelopers.
  • Strong industrylevel experience in verbal writtencommunication.
  • Excellent experiencein SDLC Methodologies Agile SCRUMSDLC/Waterfall.
  • Strong leadershipdiplomatic and motivationalskills.
  • Proven ability towork creatively and analytically in a problemsolvingenvironment.
  • Excellent leadershipand interpersonalskills.
  • Selfmotivateddecisive with the ability to adapt to change and competingdemands.
  • Experience workingboth independently and in a teamoriented collaborativeenvironment.
  • Technicallycompetent with various softwareprograms.
  • Ability to learnunderstand and apply newtechnologies.
