Franchise Manager - Sales Team Leader

Position Overview:


The Franchise Manager - Sales Team Leader plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and revenue generation within the franchise network.

Responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales executives or representatives, this role involves setting targets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives across all franchise units.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives or representatives within the franchise network, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and exceed sales targets.


Sales Strategy Development:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives and growth targets of the franchise network.


Target Setting and Monitoring:

Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for individual team members and franchise units, closely monitoring performance against goals and implementing corrective measures as needed.


Sales Training and Development:

Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote and sell franchise offerings.


Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and generate actionable insights for continuous optimization.


Customer Relationship Management:

Foster positive relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners within the franchise network, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.


Market Expansion and Acquisition:

Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and geographic areas for expansion within the franchise network, developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers and grow market share.


Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the franchising or real estate industry, with a track record of success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
