- Regular communication with Vivusoft's partners and customers
- Maintaining communication with clients, understanding client requirements, and providing appropriate information.
- Partner relationship management - Spearhead operational activities of the company which include customer onboarding, managing implementation projects & handling documentation amongst others.
- Ensure timelines and processes are met and the PM platform is updated.
- Ensure coordination amongst internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- A zeal for learning
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering engaging presentations.
