  • Utilize diagramming or wireframing tools to visualize solutions.
  • Ability to think logically and find strategic solutions to problems.

Communication and Collaboration:
  • Interface with Support and Development teams to understand user issues.
  • Document solutions effectively and communicate them to the development team.
  • Ensure process compliance and escalate deviations promptly.
  • Keep work on track and within timelines by reviewing progress regularly.

Agile Meetings and Prioritization:
  • Create work items and prioritize them for development.
  • Drive Agile meetings like Product Backlog Refinement (PBRs).
  • Organize prioritization calls with stakeholders regularly.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Demos and Production Releases:
  • Perform UAT to validate developed features.
  • Provide feedback and approve production releases.
  • Conduct Product demos and gather feedback.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Experience with Jira and its features is a plus.
  • Work on multiple initiatives with varying priorities.
  • Be flexible and self-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate capabilities by going the extra mile.

Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in product development.
  • Technical background in Computer Science or IT.
  • Experience with diagramming/wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, Miro, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts between the US and India.
  • Willingness to commute to the office in Chennai daily.
