JOB PROFILE:

  • Maintenance of boiler pressure parts and turbine & its auxiliary drives. reliability improvement and power savings skill in power plant.
  • Execute the recruitment strategies to ensure ABG has a talent network made up of best in class industry resources
  • People management skill for maintenance work
  • Inventory management and material management skill
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand the business requirements of various businesses in ABG
  • Service-orientation along with a sense of urgency - managing internal as well as external stakeholders while providing a rich experience
  • Ability to define creative ways to source the right talent
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people and managing multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Experience in a generalist role or at least an experience of at any HR functions
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with social media to build professional networks

Bachelor Of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology,Diploma in Mech. Engg.

Minimum Experience Level:

5-8 Years
