- Preparation of annual budget and monitoring the expenditure as per plan
- To maintain inventory, plan and consume spares optimally, reviewing and identifying need for developing new spares. Preparing drawing and specifications and obtaining best available in the market as per specific need
- Plan & Supervise day to day maintenance activities and Interact with operation department for the day to day activities,
- Ensure entry of Data & History in SAP and to comply fully to the various need of SAP PM module like PM compliance, BOM updating & Whywhy analysis as well as various KPI reports
- To ensure full compliance to safety in all respect for all maintenance jobs for all standards by developing and sustaining safety culture at site through various means. To achieve the target of zero harm and injury incident on sustainable basis through effective safety practice and developing environment for the same at workplace

- Maintenance of Boiler, ID PA SA Fans, Drag Chain Feeder, MDC, APH, Shuttle conveyor, IBR valves, Safety Valves, Main steam stop valves, Emergency relief valves, Motorised valves, ESP, Bag filters, Diesel pumps, Oil firing system, Dampers, Spring hanger supports, U beam, Pressure parts, Coal feeding system and Gear Box.
- Planning and Execution of Shutdown along with Material and Manpower to complete the shutdown with in time (As per plan)
- Hazard identification and risk analysis of day to day as well as shutdown/ breakdown activities
- Analysis of breakdowns & implementation of corrective actions.
- Conditioning monitoring of equipments and corrective actions as required
- Awareness about ISO documentation and WCM activities to implement at site

Maintenance of equipment's of 2X25 MW coal based Power plant.
To plan and execute various types of maintenance activities for mechanical equipment's at TPP specially for Boiler, ID PA SA Fans, Drag Chain Feeder, MDC, APH, Shuttle conveyor, IBR valves, Safety Valves, Main steam stop valves, Emergency relief valves, Motorised valves, ESP, Bag filters, Diesel pumps, Oil firing system, Dampers, Spring hanger supports, U beam, Pressure parts, Coal feeding system, RAV, Blasters, KGV and Gear Box.
- KRA 1: Availability of Thermal Power Plant RC4 TPP by 100%. To increase MTBF and to reduce MTTR of Boiler & ESP. Target of Zero breakdown of equipment. Annual Shut down planning and execution as per schedule
- KRA 2: To participate for achieving KPIs / QCDIP as per unit targets, implementing criteria's of various KFA at GRT kaizen, abnormality, suggestions, model area, 5s mega cleaning, audits, etc. To maintain ISO documentations and fulfil requirements within section. To implement SAP systems at unit for respective area why why, abnormalities, data entry, PM checks, etc. Utilization PMI by 100%.
- KRA 3: To assist in implementation of Work at Height and Work at Hot work activities at unit as per action plan. Safety systems implementation at unit.
- KRA 4: Strategic Projects
- 3) Boiler 04 & 05 false air reduction below 5%
- 4) Coal feed chamber replacement
- 5) Low Pressure compressor installation
- 6) APH tube replacement for Boiler 4& KRA 5: Performance and Talent Management
- Monthly review of HIRA and SWP& SMP of TPP. 100% implementation of Shutdown management system implementation and team development including WHR.
Professional Qualifications:
BE/B Tech Mechanical
Essential:
Experience in TPP Mechanical maintenance specially in CFBC and Ash conveying system
Preferably:
DME with 8 to 10 Yrs of experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Engineering,Bachelor Of Technology
Minimum Experience Level:
6-10 Years
