Ideal Candidate ProfileThe Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with Client's brand values and marketing goals.

This role involves creating content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the specialty coffee industry, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to create visually appealing and compelling content.

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator at Curature located in Saket. As a Content Creator.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), including posts, stories, reels, and videos.

Write and edit blog posts, articles, and other written content for the Curature website and other platforms.
Develop content for email newsletters, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals and campaigns.

Visual Content Creation:
Capture high-quality photos and videos of coffee products, events, and experiences.
Edit and enhance visual content using graphic design and video editing software.
Ensure all visual content adheres to Curature's brand guidelines and aesthetic.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow Curature's social media presence by scheduling and publishing content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.

Campaign Support:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
Provide content support for events, both online and offline, including live coverage and post-event follow-ups.

Research and Trends:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms.
Conduct research on coffee/F&B related topics to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and engaging.
Experiment with new content formats and techniques to keep the brand fresh and innovative.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types, including written, visual, and multimedia.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in using content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.).In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Bracket:
2.5 LPA Onwards/ As per experience
