We are seeking a talented UI Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team and contribute to a variety of projects, including website design, web applications, dashboards, and mobile application designs.


Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD, with a preference for Figma.
  • Ensure designs adhere to style guidelines, color palettes, and branding standards.
  • Develop responsive designs that function seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
  • Apply design thinking principles to problem-solving and innovation in UI design.
  • Maintain and improve existing UI designs, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Present and defend design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI design.
  • Proficiency in Figma is highly preferred; experience with Adobe XD would be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of style guidelines, colors, branding, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience in designing websites, web applications, dashboards, and mobile applications.
  • Solid grasp of alignment, spacing, typography, and other fundamental design principles.
  • Ability to understand and implement business logic and user requirements into design solutions.
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodology is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI design work, preferably available on Behance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for better communication with development teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
