  • Manage and analyze data using Google Analytics to optimize marketing efforts and improve campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing funnels to effectively capture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Develop strategies for digital marketing initiatives, including content creation, SEO, SEM, and social media engagement.
  • Utilize tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and other photo editing and Video editing software to create visually appealing content for marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and register for relevant industry shows and events in the USA and India to showcase our products/services.
  • Need to work closely with the CEO in all the aspects of marketing.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and subsequent optimization of acquisition & remarketing campaigns/initiatives daily.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, lead tracking, and other initiatives.
  • Perform competitive analysis of other companies within the industry and draw and implement inferences from the data.
  • Stay abreast of all trends and features on advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to enhance growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience running ads on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnel creation and optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.

Pay:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
