We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Manager

Principal Responsibilities

Key responsibility is to identify manual tasks (with a view to automate), standardise, and apply best practices. Also, an effective coordination with senior finance stake holders across all regions. The responsibility will extend to cover other areas of automation as identified by SME's. Leverage existing technologies like Excel – VBA,Tableau or equivalent tools based on the processes as agreed with SMEs Delivery of models and computations that are needed as part of transformational automation. This would include helping in designing of the automation framework, development and testing of automation solutions Understanding of Tableau (or other similar visualisation tools) Works jointly with Leads across Regions and at site level to ensure that the processes are complaint, reflecting accepted regulatory policy and standards with transparent and robust control procedures that withstand internal and external scrutiny. Coordinate with Controls team to seek necessary approval and establish controls around the automated process as mandated by guidelines Requirements

Qualifications - External

Exposure to technologies like Excel-VBA,, BigData, Reporting tools (Tableau/Power-BI/Qlik) Analytics tools like Python, or Robotic Process Automation tools like Xceptor or a combination of few will be required Experience of a range of businesses and operational processes across the breadth of the financial services will be beneficial like knowledge of Accounting standards especially IAS 36, IFRS 16, IAS 16 and IAS 38 Ability develop solutions across a mix of technologies will be key to success of the role Strong ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate risks and apply appropriate controls over accounting processes while transforming using technology Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and experience of translating data into meaningful analysis Ability to identify and implement change and challenge the status quo. Good written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact and guide others. Prior Asset Management experience will be added advantage Experience on tools like Anaplan, Alteryx, etc is desirable but not mandatory
