Aeolus Robotics is in search of a talented and driven Junior Mechanical Engineer with expertise in dynamic mechanical modules and a strong passion for robotics.

Our cutting-edge robotic technologies are currently being used in hospitals, hotels, and eldercare facilities. In this role, you'll work on developing and designing hardware prototypes to meet engineering specifications, managing HW cost and weight targets, and ensuring the quality of design and manufacturing processes until mass production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing & designing HW prototypes to meet engineering requirements.
- Managing & coordinating HW cost & weight to meet predefined targets.
- Developing & delivering standard process documents to ensure engineering quality, including but not limited to (PRD / 3D / 2D / FMEA / CAE / DFX, etc.).
- Ensuring design and manufacturing quality through mass production.
- Deriving humanoid robot design guidelines or knowledge.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with Humanoid Robotic System Architects, define industrial standards, etc.
- Engage with PM / Hardware / Software / Quality / Factory and other support teams.
Requirements Experience:
- BSc/MSc/PhD in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a relevant field.
- 0-3 years of experience in dynamic Mechanical Engineering.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CAD software, with Solidworks being preferred.
- Strong English language skills (proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage).
- Outstanding creativity, vision, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and self-assurance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset.
Preferred Requirements:
- Hands-on project management skills and knowledge.
- Comprehensive understanding of new product development engineering.
- Experience in dynamic mechanical module or system design & development.
- Experience in new product design & development from concept to mass production.
