Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Tendering and Back Office Executive. The Tendering and Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing tendering processes, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up. Additionally, they will handle back office operations, communication with clients and vendors, sales support, and finance-related tasks. This is an on-site role located in Nashik.

Qualifications

  • Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills
  • The candidate should have completed BE Electrical.
  • The candidate should have experience in tendering and business development activities
  • The candidate should be capable of handling back office support activities to field staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales and Finance knowledge
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in tendering and back office operations is a plus
