We are a team of enthusiastic engineers and technical leaders dedicated to shaping the future of Payment products. These products will revolutionize e-Commerce, mobile-Commerce, and POS businesses for our clients.

  • Responsible for developing application and infrastructure performance plans/models for a highly scalable, low-latency, highly available, and high-throughput payment processing system.
  • Collaborate with architects and the development team to ensure proper metrics instrumentation within software components, enabling real-time and remote troubleshooting/performance monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience in Unix/Linux OS environments, operating system internals, file systems, disk/storage, and networking protocols system internals.
Experience with VMs and Containers is a plus.

  • Proficient in using tools like Loadrunner/Jmeter, and knowledgeable about APM solutions such as Appdynamics, Dynatrace, OPNET, etc.
  • Coding skills in Java/Python and scripting languages are essential.
  • Develop and execute load test tools to stress test Visa's most critical payment applications.
  • Conduct performance testing on APIs, abstractions, and integration patterns to address complex distributed computing challenges.
  • Define Performance Strategy and establish performance baselines to ensure successful Go-Lives. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
  • Document all steps performed during performance tests, including performance test scripts used.
  • Analyze code for optimization opportunities and provide valuable suggestions.
  • Demonstrate independence in work while fostering teamwork.
  • Contribute to capacity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving performance degradation issues in production environments.
  • Monitor application performance, identify and address performance bottlenecks, and develop an application capacity model.
  • Optimize system components like CPU, Memory, Disk, Network, OS, and Application software for efficient resource utilization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Engineering, Tuning, analysis, or applications program development.
