Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic On-Field Sales Manager to oversee and enhance the performance of our on-field sales team in the Delhi NCR region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in on-field sales or creating supply, excellent team management skills, and the ability to drive market penetration and customer acquisition.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Team Management: Lead, manage, and monitor the on field sales team of 35 40 executives.
Implement strategies to optimize team performance and achieve sales targets.-Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

  • Coordination:
Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals

  • Data Analysis:
Utilize data and market insights to continuously improve sales strategies and identify growth opportunities

  • Acquisition Channels:
Develop and manage customer acquisition channels, ensuring effective funnel generation and on-field conversion tactics to ensure growth both short term and long term

  • Performance Metrics:

Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition and retention to drive business growth.-Meeting customers to take feedback, set clear expectations and resolve complaints if any-Travel: Travel within the Delhi NCR region as required to support the sales team and meet business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:5 7 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in on field sales management.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in sales strategies and funnel generation
  • Strong on-field conversion tactics
  • Expertise in market sizing and growth strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and problem solving skills-Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.
