Position Description:

  • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Carefully manage and optimize a smaller advertising budget to ensure the highest possible return on investment.
  • Collaborate directly with content creators (often handling some content creation tasks personally) to produce effective ad copy and visuals that resonate with a technical and professional audience.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance continuously, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve results.

A/B Testing:

Implement and manage A/B testing for various components of the ads to maximize campaign effectiveness and improve engagement rates.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and others. Understanding analytics tools such as Google Analytics is essential.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to glean actionable insights. Strong numerical and analytical skills are critical.
  • Aptitude for crafting engaging ad copy and visuals that resonate with various target audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating ad content and presenting campaign results to stakeholders.
  • Quick problem-solving abilities to adjust strategies in real time based on campaign performance data.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign targeting, budgeting, and compliance with advertising standards.
  • Graduate, MBA Preferred, Google ad certifications, Facebook blueprint certification.
