Location- India (Remote)

Specifically, the Cloud Operations Engineer will:


• Have an understanding of CSP and MSP model customers & subscriptions.


• Have good knowledge of CMPs (Cloud Management Platforms)


• Actively participate in the designing, developing, implementing, and administering process


• Have hands-on Experience in Incident and Service Request Handling


• Have the ability to understand and explain related technical issues and skills related to working and resolving problems in customer accounts.


• Have an understanding of CSP Onboarding/Offboarding and Customer Account Management


• Provide ongoing support to the client on an as-needed basis.


• Be responsible for service request/ incident management in 24×7 cloud operations


• Have an understanding of Mailbox / ITSM ticketing tool management


• Be Responsible for handling On-Call duties


• Contribute to internal process improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:


• B. E /B. Tech/ B. Sc. in Computer Science and IT


• Min 60% in 10th and 12th and min 65% or 6.5 CGPA in B.E/B. Tech till 6th semester


• Excellent Communication Skills and willingness to learn new things.


• Microsoft Azure certified (AZ900/MS900/AZ104).
• Knowledge of ITIL.


• Good Presentation and documentation skills.


• Ready to work in a 24x7 environment (Mainly US & Night Shift)


• Self-starter, self-confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have an ambition to succeed within a fast-paced work environment.
