The Opportunity:
Area Sales Manager - Pharma is responsible for implementing the business strategy for the JT Baker & Macron range of Pharma Products at the respective operational area to achieve annual budget & gross margins
What we're looking for:
Education:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.
Pharma or any other equivalent streamExperience:
- 8 years of sales experience in the Biopharma industryPreferred Skills/Qualifications:Candidate with MBA / PGDM would be preferredExperience of handling key accounts / distributorsHow you will thrive and create an impact:Formulate strategy for the territory &ensure delivery of business plan (sales plan)Responsible for achieving budgeted numbers of sales, net contribution & working capitalManage large key Accounts & key distributors to achieve the overall objective of sales numbers & customer satisfactionResponsible for territory growth and increasing market share of Macron range of IP products in line with company visionEstablish business relationships at the decision making/Influence levels in all appropriate customer functional areasCollect market intelligence on competition and market trends and to provide feedback to marketing team to develop sales strategiesEnsuring discipline in Hygiene parameter like SRCN, DSO etc
