Introduction to Role:

  • Utilizing Salesforce APIs like REST, SOAP, or Bulk APIs to establish connections with external systems and securely exchange data with efficiency.
  • Defining mappings between data structures in Salesforce and external systems and implementing transformations to ensure data consistency and integrity during integration.
  • Configuring middleware platforms to manage the flow of data between Salesforce and other systems, with error handling and retries.
  • Developing and maintaining Salesforce applications with a focus on advanced Apex programming.
  • Creating customized solutions and integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools.
  • Designing and implementing intricate workflows, process builder flows, and validation rules.
  • Constructing Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components to elevate user experience.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Salesforce configurations, custom development, and integrations.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams to gather and comprehend business requirements.
  • Producing and maintaining technical documentation regarding Salesforce development and integrations.
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices for Salesforce development.
  • Engaging closely with stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for process automation and optimization.
  • Remaining updated on the latest features of Salesforce and industry-leading practices.

Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with advanced Apex programming and integration expertise.

Strong comprehension of the Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative functionalities.

Hands-on experience in Salesforce integration techniques, including REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

Expertise in designing and implementing scalable and sustainable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Direct experience with Lightning Experience, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II are highly valued.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
