Role :
Data Analyst

HT Labs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic data team.

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the :

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and understand key business objectives and data requirements.
  • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to extract, transform, and load data into various systems and databases.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track and monitor website and app performance, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Data Studio, providing clear and concise data summaries to stakeholders.
  • Perform complex data analysis using Python or other scripting languages to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.


REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 12 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in BigQuery, Google Analytics, Python, Data Studio and Mongo DB, with a deep understanding of their features and functionalities.
  • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes and tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large, complex datasets.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and data visualization principles.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
