You'll be responsible for managing our Customer Relationship Management system and utilizing customer data to drive sales and enhance the customer experience, as well as conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Your responsibilities will also include executing targeted, multi-channel account-based marketing campaigns and nurturing early stage leads to drive revenue and grow our customer base.


ResponsibilitiesSalesforce CRM database maintenance and administration.
***Generate insights from CRM data analysis to inform and optimize lead conversion strategies.

  • Design and execute lead nurturing programs to build relationships with early stage leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Researching and exploring markets relevant to Cavli in the IoT segment to identify the latest market trends and potential customer database.
  • Segmentation and maintenance of various marketing data sets which is a prerequisite for implementing strategies for Account based marketing campaigns.
  • Develop cadence and execute targeted, multi channel account based marketing campaigns to engage key accounts and decision makers.
  • Analyze campaign results, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordination with banks for salary, payments, remittance, account opening, or other activities.
  • Coordination with the Cavli sales team across the Globe to design, prepare and maintain Case studies of existing customers.

Required technical expertise include
Strategic thinking :Ability to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies, including ABM and lead nurturing campaigns, that align with broader business goals.

CRM and marketing automation :Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g. , Mailerlite) for managing campaigns, tracking results, and automating workflows.

Content development and personalization :Experience in creating engaging, personalized content tailored to the specific needs and preferences of targeted accounts and early-stage leads.

Data analysis and reporting :Strong analytical skills to gather insights from CRM data, market research, and campaign performance data, informing data-driven decisions and strategy optimization.

Market research and segmentation :Proficiency in researching and analyzing markets, identifying trends, and segmenting high-value accounts and early-stage leads for targeted campaigns.

Collaboration and teamwork :Ability to work closely with sales, product, and other marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Project management :Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and research projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey campaign plans, research findings, and results to internal stakeholders.
