Inside Sales Associate Opportunity for Females

Join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist We're on the lookout for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail. The role is a key player in our sales process, using top-notch communication skills to engage with both existing and potential clients.

Working closely with the sales team, the successful candidate will cultivate strong client relationships and contribute towards achieving revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform follow-up calls and emails to ensure client satisfaction and provide necessary assistance.
  • Promptly address client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
  • Offer product knowledge and information to clients as required.
  • Track sales activities and prepare reports to monitor progress towards targets.
  • Work with marketing teams to boost lead generation and qualification efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product details, and the competitive landscape.
  • Engage in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Prior experience in software sales is advantageous.


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven inside sales / BDM experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent active listening skills and the capacity to understand clients' needs.
  • Proficient in CRM software usage (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Can work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Exceptionally organized with great time management capabilities.
  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic work environments.
  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
