Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
Create highfidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and visual style across all digital platforms.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design.
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
Collaborate with other designers to share ideas, provide feedback, and maintain design standards.
Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Solid understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with prototyping tools and techniques.
Familiarity with frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
