Ui/ux Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and visual style across all digital platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
- Collaborate with other designers to share ideas, provide feedback, and maintain design standards.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to team members and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience with prototyping tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
