About Us:
The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013.

We are one of India's largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros; WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few.

Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends.

In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we have also expanded to new categories and introduced new product lines like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes etc.

We have also launched footwear and kidswear recently.

Although we are primarily an online brand, we've expanded in the offline retail space as well and have stores in Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Pune and Indore.

We're now a 'Great Place to Work' certified organization which boasts of our fantastic employee culture and policies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing creatives for one of our fastest growing assets - our offline retail stores (store creatives)Adept at packaging design and continuously making enhancements by giving creative inputs.

Keen to follow latest design trends in visual, digital, and graphic design with an excellent eye for typography and layout.

Creation of digital marketing assets e.g., banners, ads, social media, carousels and other marketing collaterals.
Executing any visual communication project assigned from time to time.

Required Competencies:

Fluent in Adobe photoshop, Adobe IllustratorProven ability to think conceptually to solve design problems proactivelyObsessed with details and has a strong eye for alignment.

ie.

strong organization skills and the ability to priorities overlapping tasks/projects - Takes complete ownership of work and finishes the task on set deadlines.

Flexible and adaptable to changing task priorities and workload in a fast-paced challenging environmentUnderstands TSS merchandise and the fandom, pop culture space and has a hearty appetite for growth creative horsepower

Required Knowledge:
Diploma/ Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts is a must.

The candidate should have a background in Graphic Design/ Visual communication or 1+ years of relevant experience in the field.

Experience in Fashion / Apparel/ E -commerce industry is plus.
