Role Objective:

To identify, propose & close property projects that generate profits for the organization and build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

On a typical day you will drive the following:

  • Looking at the overall growth of the Brand across all verticals.
  • Envisioning the growth of High Street footprint across the country, involved in property acquisition for new stores.
  • Leading the vision of Nykaa Retail Offline Business Bottom up.
  • Being the leader in ideas of where to go across the country and finding the most profitable model which is sustainable.
  • Planning the growth pattern across high Street in all formats.
  • Working Ground Level Matrix to map Retail and their performance in all cities
  • Looking at the transactions 360 Degree from scouting to the entire life cycle of the store and managing all adjoining relationship.
  • Managing and creating a credible broker network.
  • Having the knowledge to maintain relationships within the organization and creating a seamless process flow and supporting the team with maximum amount of smooth workflow.
  • Has knowledge in Retail and Specifically in Fashion and Beauty.
  • Should have first-hand expansion in 50 + stores minimum across the country including Metro and Smaller cities. The store model worked upon should be Company owned and Operated not Franchisee model.

You will bring the following to the table:

  • The zeal to excel and follow the One Nykaa Vision.
  • Experience in opening managing relationships of any key high street driven brand across Beauty / Fashion/ Jewellery/ Accessories. Ideally working with Large Indian Brands or International Brands.
  • High Focus, Hardworking Vision and result Oriented individual.
  • Motivated and knows how to work in a team with a team.
