Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Virtual Relationship Manager for Bureau. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in email writing, have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for generating MIS (Management Information System) reports, and be well-versed in banking and bureau terminology. The candidate should have at least one to two years of experience in the banking and financial sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in generating basic MIS reports using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
  2. Create and maintain reports related to member submission, acceptance etc.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and other communication channels.
  4. Assist in coordinating and managing bureau related activities in a hybrid work environment, which includes both remote and office-based work.
  5. Stay updated with bureau, banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve team goals.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to members and resolve their queries related to banking and financial matters.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Proficient in email writing and able to draft professional emails.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools for generating basic MIS reports.
  4. Familiarity with bureau, banking and financial terminology and concepts.
  5. Minimum of one to two years of experience in the banking and financial sector.
  6. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office as required.
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and report generation.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organizational and time management skills.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
  10. Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, preferably in commerce
