Role:
Sales Leader (Analytics Services)

At Quantzig, the Core Sales Team is the engine that drives our strategic growth plans.

We are looking for high-performing Sales Leaders who can help this engine run with their innovative sales skills and provide thought leadership in crafting our global sales strategy.

The role holder is expected to have deep experience in managing the entire sales cycle (hunting, relationship building, and deal closing) for Fortune 500 companies.

The role demands a sharp leader – a quick learner with a successful track record in international B2 B services sales.


Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the entire sales cycle (hunting, mining, and farming) for a number of strategic accounts
Acquire and develop new enterprise B2 B clients in North America and EU markets
Drive growth by meeting quarterly and annual sales targets
Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships
Design and execute strategic sales plans plan for key markets/accounts

Develop a solid and efficient support sales team by – coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring of a number of support team members.


Desired Skills:
Proven experience in selling enterprise-level deals for IT/ITe S/Data Engineering/Data Sciences/Business Intelligence/Analytics or allied services portfolio for Fortune 500 companies
Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2 B services sales in North America/EU regions
Demonstrated ability to connect, communicate and present effectively to the CXO/VP/Director level prospects.
MBA with relevant experience would be preferred.
