Fondé en 1933, International Rescue Committee (IRC) a pour mission d'aider les personnes dont la vie et les moyens de subsistance ont été brisés par des conflits et des catastrophes à survivre, se rétablir et reprendre leur avenir en main. Depuis 1996, IRC-RDC répond aux besoins humanitaires et de développement des populations congolaises et réfugiées en RDC, tout en s'efforçant de promouvoir leurs droits et de renforcer leur santé, leur sécurité, leur bien-être économique, leur éducation et leur pouvoir décisionnel. Actuellement, IRC intervient dans les domaines de la santé (y compris sexuelle et reproductive), de la nutrition, de l'eau, l'hygiène et l'assainissement (WASH), de la protection de l'enfance et des femmes, de la bonne gouvernance et de la gestion des conflits, de l'éducation et enfin, du redressement économique et du développement.

Dans le cadre de la prise en charge de la malnutrition Aigüe Sévère, le poste de Superviseur Nutrition est en charge de la supervision des activités de dépistage et de traitement de la malnutrition aigüe sévère dans les communautés, les UNTA et les UNTI comme décrit ci-dessous:
**DESCRIPTIF DU POSTE**

Sous la supervision du manager santé, le superviseur nutrition est responsable du suivi de la mise en place et de la qualité des activités de détection et de traitement de la malnutrition aigüe sévère (MAS) avec ou sans complications médicales admis dans les UNTA et UNTI selon les protocoles nationaux (PCIMA) en vigueur. Pour cela, le superviseur nutrition vient en appui aux prestataires de soins du ministère de la santé dans les UNTA et UNTI et vérifie que les communautés bénéficient des services de soins au niveau de la communauté et des structures de santé conformément à la politique nationale et aux directives de projet. Le superviseur nutrition pourra également être amené, en fonction des exigences du programme, à participer à des missions d'évaluations ou des enquêtes. Le superviseur nutrition est également responsable d'identifier tout préjudice lié aux services de l'IRC et de mettre en place des actions de mitigations des risques liés.

Le superviseur nutrition est basé dans la zone de santé de Nyunzu dont il assurera le suivi des activités en collaboration avec les prestataires de soins du ministère de la santé et l'Équipe Cadre de la Zone de Santé (ECZS).

**RESPONSABILITES CLES**

**A.** **Prise en charge dans les UNTA/UNTI**
- Participer à l'évaluation de base des capacités de chaque formation sanitaire (UNTA/UNTI) sous sa responsabilité (personnel, équipement, outils, infrastructures);
- Au niveau des UNTA, assurer la supervision formative quotidienne de 8h00-17h00 de l'ensemble des prestataires de soins pour renforcer les compétences des agents de santé dans la PCIMA de qualité (respect strict des critères d'admissions et de sorties, des prises de mesures anthropométriques, des dosages en ATPE, des prescriptions médicales, de l'évolution de la courbe de poids/périmètre brachial, du suivi des visites, du circuit des patients, diagnostic/référencement en cas de complications médicales ect ) ;
- Au niveau des UNTI:

- Assurer la supervision formative régulière de l'ensemble des prestataires de soins pour renforcer les compétences des agents de santé pour la prise en charge des MAS avec complications et des enfants
