Key Responsibilities:

Edit and proofread articles, features, and other content for grammar, punctuation, style, and factual accuracy.
Verify the facts, statistics, and other information within the content to ensure reliability and credibility.
Ensure that the content adheres to the publication's style guide and maintains a consistent tone and voice.
Craft compelling and accurate headlines, subheadings, and captions that attract and engage readers.
Collaborate with designers to ensure proper layout, formatting, and overall presentation of content.
Oversee the flow of content from writers to publication, ensuring deadlines are met and content is published in a timely manner.
Work closely with writers, editors, and other team members to maintain a cohesive and efficient editorial process.
Provide constructive feedback to writers to help improve their work and enhance overall content quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in editing, preferably in a similar role within a publishing or media organization.
Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent command of the Telugu language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
