Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread articles, features, and other content for grammar, punctuation, style, and factual accuracy.
• Verify the facts, statistics, and other information within the content to ensure reliability and credibility.
• Ensure that the content adheres to the publication's style guide and maintains a consistent tone and voice.
• Craft compelling and accurate headlines, subheadings, and captions that attract and engage readers.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure proper layout, formatting, and overall presentation of content.
• Oversee the flow of content from writers to publication, ensuring deadlines are met and content is published in a timely manner.
• Work closely with writers, editors, and other team members to maintain a cohesive and efficient editorial process.
• Provide constructive feedback to writers to help improve their work and enhance overall content quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in editing, preferably in a similar role within a publishing or media organization.
• Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent command of the Telugu language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
