Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily Morning Treasury Position – Checking daily bank account balances in EEFC, CA, STL, PCFC & CC accounts through APP/ Internet Banking / e-statement /calling branch and recording balances. Daily analysis of collection report, issued cheque reconciliation to know flow balance in above account, collecting/analyzing/ discussing payment plan to optimize the WC utilization. Projecting and planning WC requirements on daily basis in coordination with different stakeholders of all SBUs. Discussing Daily Morning Treasury Position with Head (Treasury & Banking) and deciding actionable for the day. Executing the daily actionable by preparing the instruction letters, getting it signed by the authorized signatories, sending such instructions to various banks, ensuring execution of the said transactions by follow up with individual banks, collecting advices from the bank for each such transactions. Keeping track on the outstanding Term loan amount, Resetting of benchmarks of ROI and planning cash flow as per the stipulated repayment schedule Downloading statements of all loans, preparing monthly report in excel by recording daily closing balances, calculating the applicable interests against closing balances and then checking (from the said report) actual interest debit by lender. Sending letters and following up with the bank to get reversal on the excess interest / charges debited by banks Preparing monthly compliance reports/ statement like QIS Statement, Stock Statement, Loan Outstanding position, Due diligence report in RBI format, Unhedged currency report (UFCE) etc. for submission to all banks. Liaising and coordinating with all banks to get the missing narration of debit/credit entries in all accounts in order to complete bank reconciliation. Coordination with CPL accounts team (@Bhat & Dholka) in completing monthly bank account reconciliation. Coordinating with banks, CAPEX team and HR team for vehicle loan disbursements, pre-closure of loan accounts, Issuance of No dues certificate, release and waiver of charges, etc. Merger & Acquisition: Coordinating with various stakeholders to find potential target companies or investment banking firms across different geographies, preparing the Non-disclosure agreement and mandate, getting it vetted from legal as well as the customer, getting it signed by the authorized signatories and emailing. Analyzing the financials of target companies and preparing board presentation to the investment committee Issuance of LC and BG, keeping monthly track of the outstanding LC and BG including their charges, collecting the expired BGs from various department, submitting to the banks and getting it closed in the banks' limit/system. Helping BRM ( Bank Relationship Manager) in preparation of CMA.
