Role:

The LMS Administrator will be a key anchor towards assigning and driving inductions, compliance, competency, and skill-building programs through NH digital platform.

Will steer content standardization in collaboration with internal and external SMEs. Will play a key role in managing the learning analytics for seamless reporting across various forums

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5 Years in Learning & Development (with at least 2+ years in managing LMS and content management and design).
Certifications in the relevant area of work will be added advantage (specifically in L&D, Instructional Design, Content Design, eLearning LMS Admin o Content Design tools like Articulate / Captivate)
SuccessFactors LMS experience will be an added advantage

Key Deliverables:

1) LMS (Digital Learning) Platform Management:
Administer and implement the NH Learning Management System (LMS).
Create classes, update employee information, monitor course test scores, register new associates, and track course completion/adoption status.
Support corporate and unit L&D trainers, manage course catalogs, and provide platform access and training for new trainers.
Troubleshoot platform issues in collaboration with the technical team.

2) Content Management:
Create and upload new courses and relevant content post-design and approval.

Assign content to associates, monitor adherence to completion timelines, and manage content repository in various formats (PPT, PDF, Word, MP4, SCORM).

Report non-adherence and prompt action through notifications and escalations.

3) Content Design:
Collaborate with internal SMEs to structure and compile content.
Research and curate courses aligned with organizational requirements.
Standardize and digitize content, creating interactive digital programs with internal and external partners.

4) Vendor Management:
Interact with vendor partners for content design, share requirements, and define project timelines.
Review designed content with functional SMEs and manage project deliverables.
Evaluate vendors for cost optimization and update content design approaches.
Coordinate with external SMEs and stakeholders for content approval.

5) Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain and review L&D data, including attendance, feedback, assessment scores, and audit-related information.
Monitor digital learning data and manage individual learning accounts.
Prepare reports for various functions and specific analyses for quarterly and annual reviews.
Drive standardization in data reporting and track performance through the L&D BI Dashboard.

Required Skills:
Exposure to digital learning platforms and proficiency in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Basic knowledge of content design and proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Word).
Strong analytical ability, data management skills, and exceptional attention to detail for understanding organizational requirements.
Strong influencing and interpersonal abilities.
Effective team player with good negotiation and time management skills.
