Roles & Responsibilities:
Full vehicle Crash structure Finite element model preparation/coordination
Cross Functional coordination for Model build (Dura, NVH)
Perform Crash structural load cases
High Speed Crash – Frontal, Side, Rear
Quasi static Load cases – Seats, Roof
In depth analysis of simulation results and identification of Root cause
Suggest Countermeasures/Design proposals to meet Functional requirements
Interaction with multiple stakeholders (Design/Testing/CAE)
Presentation of simulation results to stakeholders

Qualifikationen

Qualification:
– Mechanical/ Automobile

Mandatory Skills:
5-8 years Experience in Automotive structural crash simulations (Vehicle level)
Strong Engineering fundamentals - Structures
Full vehicle Model build & Integration, Post processing
Full vehicle Crash simulations-Front/Side/Rear

Tools :
Ansa, Animator, LS-Dyna or Pam crash
Good communication skills
Scripting skills - Python preferred
