What Your Role Will Entail:

  • Act as a 'sensor' to Field HR and proactively 'raise flags' when necessary.
  • Handle ongoing activities in your domain within a specific unit, including budget allocation and prioritization when needed. This involves staying updated on legal and professional issues to enhance and update relevant activities.
  • Utilize up-to-date processes and tools in your daily interactions with employees.
  • Provide tailored solutions in line with HR guidelines and business goals, implementing HR policies and processes in a dynamic environment.
  • Create, generate, and present various reports to support organizational processes and drive continuous improvement. Manage HR system data, generate reports, and provide analyses to support monitoring and decision-making.
  • Manage the operational aspects of HR processes from start to finish, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all necessary facilities are ready for relevant activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles
  • Prior experience in operational roles
  • Familiarity with Amdocs and its systems, along with experience working with internal and external partners
  • For specific roles: Experience in planning and executing complex projects and events
