Product Manager Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve marketing goals including profitability and sales targets for the existing brands/ portfolio on a monthly basis through regular monitoring of the market trends, planning the short and long terms strategies and driving initiatives to support the plan.
- Development of strategic plans and operational marketing plan for to provide a scientific, medical and commercial basis.
- Project Management: Identify and drive critical project that generate exponential growths
- Ensure program implementation for existing brands and monitor implementation within the allocated budget.
- Development of consumer activation strategy and driving execution through social media.
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Drive product launches
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services and help the sales team in promotion of the products.
- Product management, Content development, literature, campaign input development
- New product development and launch processes
- Training and developments for sales team
- Social media marketing, Creating content, strategy and execution
- Discussion and lead generation with ecommerce platforms for new business opportunities
- Proven work experience in product management, with minimum relevant experience of 3 years in product management.
- Education: BSc/ B. Pharm and MBA in Marketing.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
