As a Ready to Wear - Expert Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, with a special focus on the Ready-to-wear category.

Your mission is to ensure that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise.

You will strive to discover your clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand, delivering them the best Client experience and conveying your passion for the product.

You will be the voice of your category for Clients and the team in the store.

As the voice of your category for clients and the teams in the store, you will proactively reach out to your clients to achieve individual and team goals as well as develop the business category.


Responsibilities:

  • Be the ambassador and role model for your category, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm.
  • Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on Ready to Wear to Clients whether style related or technical, supporting team members when they have Clients requiring more detailed information.
  • Be a strong style advisor for your client (e.g. fashion conscious) assess the Client's style and match with merch recommendations.
  • Perform as a teamplayer, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
  • Promote and show ownership for Ready to Wear category.
  • Master a deep knowledge of your Ready to Wear category and be able to deal with the most demanding Client situations.
  • Demonstrate leadership in terms of clienteling: know and develop Clients for the category with a focus on local clients.
  • Act as a proactive support for the retail leadership team in developing the business and be a key contributor for sales.
  • Partner with the Visual Merchandiser to make Ready to Wear well displayed.

PROFIL

Key requirements:

  • Experience in luxury retail with minimum 5 years of Readytowear expertise
  • Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for Louis Vuitton products and services and fashion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable and a fast learner with client centric mentality
  • Possess a professional attitude with a mindset of curiosity and empathy
