What will You do?

● Review and approve daily incoming orders/entries on Google Sheet/Excel.

● Proactively follow through on orders/entries with open questions to ensure that these are resolved timely and recorded in the correct period; identify issues and proactively investigate and clearly communicate recommendations and solutions.

● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

● Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

● Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

● Take the extra mile to engage with existing & prospective customers.

● Meet or exceed targets for all assigned product/projects.

Skills and Competencies:

● Proven customer support experience, preferably in the advertising/digital marketing domain.

● Track record of over-achieving chat/calls/assigned handling quota.

● Strong command over written language.

● Strong email/written communication skills & verbal communication.

● Familiarity with CRM(SFDC) systems and practices.

● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

● Excellent typing skills 45 w.p.m & multitasking.

Must Have Skills:

● Proficiency in Excel/G-Sheet.

● Handled Large Data.

● Queue Handling.

● Good Communication.

● Familiarity with CRM(SFDC) systems and practices.
