Need to work from office Monday-Friday.

  • Experience in recruiting OPT/GC/H4-EAD/L2-EAD/ US citizen hiring with effective handson experience on various job boards. I.e. Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Tech Fetch, etc.
  • Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is onboarding.
  • Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
  • Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
  • Good Negotiation, Sourcing and Networking Skills.
  • Should have some understanding about the immigration process.
  • You need to have some understanding of the IT skills that are trending in the market.
  • Knowledge of visa classification terms, rules, and guidelines
  • Good knowledge of tax terms such as C2C, W2, 1099 is required.
  • Should be able to educate the consultants.
  • Ability to make calls every day to the consultants.
  • Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the *OPT*/CPT/EAD
  • Must be able to maintain contact with consultants on a daily basis.
  • Better to have experience in Onboarding W2 Consultants as well.
  • Arrange schedules for technical interview.

Qualifications:

Inter/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5 years' prior industry related opt recruitment experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
Focused and goal oriented.

Industry knowledge:
Knowledge and experience in staffing industry.

Shift timings: 6:30PM to 3:30AM.

Schedule:
