- Coverstack: SaaS technology division that offers no-code, plug-and-play insurance infrastructure solutions to help insurers and partners digitize their operations.
As a group, we have successfully handled over 1250 Cr in premiums, sold 3.5M+ policies, collaborated with 50+ insurers, and integrated 350+ insurance products.

About the Role:
The role is a crucial part of our business, focusing on managing accounts and clients in the NBFC and MFI sectors for our InsurTech SAAS product line and Insurance Broking business.
It involves expanding existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining positive client relationships, all while ensuring client and product success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Deepen relationships with existing clients in financial services, fintech, insurtech, ecommerce, etc.
- Develop and maintain a lead pipeline of potential clients within the NBFC and MFI space.
- Manage client accounts end-to-end, from demos and pitches to documentation and commercial agreements.
- Create profitable deals that align with client and business objectives.
- Ensure successful client onboarding and deliverables as per commitments.
- Keep abreast of the competitive landscape through market research and analytics.
- Deliver high-quality results within timelines and budgets through stakeholder management.
- Identify new partnerships with companies in financial services and fintech sectors.
What you MUST have:
- 3-10 years of experience in Business Development and Key Account Management within Insurance/Insurtech.
- Experience working with senior management and decision-makers.
- Strong background in NBFC and MFI sectors.
- Expertise in P&L management, team leadership, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
