If yes, here is an exciting opportunity as 'Project Coordinator, a member of an experience Valmet India region sales team, part of Asia pacific area.

This position has a key role in service internal project management.

Along with project management skills, this role incorporates a mix of order management & commercial skillset to formulate a win-win solution for internal and external customers.

This position reports to "Service Manager, India Region".

What you will do at Valmet:
Internal processing and handling of Performance Parts and Rolls orders in Services. Creating Project Order planning (POP) Cards in the tool for the orders received. Creating Project Estimates in ERP and monitoring as sold Project Margins. Follow up with supply chain team for placing all Internal Orders and ensure timely delivery to the end customers. Monthly review with Finance for the project closing, estimate updates of projects. Provide updates to all stakeholders and Management regarding project status.

You are expected use best networking, influencing and negotiation skills that will allow you to easily interact in the matrix structure.

Adhering to company's Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures Adhering to company's Values, Business principles and Code of conduct

What we expect from you:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Graduate or Postgraduate, with 3-5 years of experience in ERP software like MS office, BAAN General understanding of the order-to-execution processes Good understanding of INCOTERMS 2020 Typical minimum relevant experience required will be 3-5 years in project coordination.

Knowledge on Project Management would be added advantage. Good communication and influencing ability to create long-term relationships with the team. Self-motivated and team player Open for Travel
