As a Lead Generation Intern, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by identifying and generating high-quality leads. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support our business growth objectives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, and sales processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Research and Identify Leads:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target companies within specified industries.
  • Use various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, CRM systems, etc.) to find and collect lead information.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they meet the target profile.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate and relevant information.
  • Ensure data integrity and organize lead information for easy access by the sales team.

Outreach and Communication:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns to engage potential leads.
  • Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages to initiate contact with leads.
  • Follow up with leads through email, phone calls, or social media to schedule meetings or gather additional information.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business strategies.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and assist in refining lead generation strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
  • Analyze lead generation performance and suggest improvements or new approaches.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
