We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic business executives to join our amazing team You will be responsible for helping Arabic/GCC customers by providing assistance.

Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory (verbal - nonverbal). Training will be provided. (Customer Service)

Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer support and inquiries. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives Provide accurate information to customers. Update documents and records based on customer interactions. Build a rapport with customers. Must follow the rules and regulations of the company policies.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent.

Junior: 0-1 year of experience in Voice or Non-Voice customer support in Arabic, Fresher can also apply.

Schedule:
8-hour shift excluding break time. Weekly 5 working days. Rotational Shift Ability to reliably commute or willing to relocate before the work start date.

From ₹18,000.00 per month
