About the Company and Role:


The company MyPartner is a new strategic business unit of the MakeMyTrip group, launched in 2020, focused on delivering seamless inventory and pricing for travel products to agents nationwide.

With over Forty-Three Thousand active travel agent partners, the business is rapidly expanding to enhance services and support agent growth.


Overall Responsibilities:
As a Business Manager, your main goal is to establish and strengthen the MyPartner brand in the designated market area, aiming for extensive outreach and impact.

Your tasks will involve identifying and enrolling potential travel agents, ensuring their platform integration, and addressing any concerns they may have.

You will also work on forming strategic alliances to capture market share and boost growth in active partner numbers, transactions, and value.


Main Duties:
  • Managing Onboarding and Relationships:
    • Connect and engage with travel agents.
    • Oversee account management comprehensively and drive consistent regional performance.
    • Source and enroll new agents, offering industry expertise, analyzing metrics, and providing recommendations based on best practices.
  • Portfolio Management and Growth Strategies:

Expand net revenue through tailored business strategies, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring pricing competitiveness.


Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Cultivate and foster partner ties, educate agents on products.
  • Develop market reports and insights, create sales plans by region and service, and achieve set targets.
Negotiation and Deal Making:
  • Engage in networking, initiate and conclude client agreements.
  • Devise marketing strategies to promote the MyPartner brand effectively.

Qualifications and Experience Required:


Seeking candidates with a Master's degree from a reputable institution and 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales, Travel Trade, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is essential. Experience in managing multiple partnerships is a plus.
