Responsibilities:
- 1. Must be aware of Vendor Managment, Negotiationg, Liaisoning and Networking
- Maintain and update company databases, social media pages
- Collect, analyze, and utilize data, Compile business reports, deal with statistical data
- Maintain good co-worker relationships and play an active role in team work
- Be punctual, dependable, Multitask
- To achieve frequent, timely and positive Social Media coverage across all available Social Media platforms.
- To develop and maintain a database of Social Media contacts.
- Work with the Website Manager to maximise the impact of electronic communications in relation to marketing and new Social Media.
- To develop an annual social media marketing plan.
- Exercise judgment to prioritise Social Media opportunities, and prepare talking points, speeches, presentations and other supporting material as needed.
- Actively engage, cultivate, and manage press relationships to ensure coverage surrounding AIO Impex, special events, public announcements, fundraising, Outreach activities and other projects.
